36-24-10.1. Board continued within Department of Health--Records and reports.
The South Dakota Board of Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists shall continue within the Department of Health, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The board shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the secretary of health. However, the board shall report at least annually.
