36-19-7. Compensation and expenses of board members, secretary and employees.
The State Board of Funeral Service may, pursuant to chapter 3-6D, determine the compensation of the secretary and other assistants as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and any rules promulgated under this chapter. The board may incur other expenses as may be necessary. The compensation of the members and the other expenses of the board shall be paid out of the fees received from applicants and licensees.
