34-3B-3. General fund appropriations authorized for drug abuse programs.
For the purpose of carrying out this chapter, the boards of county commissioners shall appropriate money out of the general fund of their respective counties and the governing bodies of municipalities may appropriate money out of the general fund of their respective municipalities.
