33A-4-33. Admission of veterans with sufficient means.

The superintendent may, if there is room for all dependent applicants and members, admit and allow to remain in the State Veterans' Home, persons who have sufficient means for their own support, care, and maintenance, but are otherwise eligible to become members of the home, on payment of the cost of their support.
