32-22-49. Person and vehicle defined.
Terms used in §§32-22-47 and 32-22-48 mean:
(1)"Person," any person, firm, association, or corporation;
(2)"Vehicle," any motor vehicle, truck, trailer, semitrailer, or tractor.
