32-18-28. Denying registration to noncomplying cycles.
The Department of Public Safety may refuse to register or may suspend or revoke the registration of any vehicle referred to in §32-18-27 when it determines that the braking system thereon does not comply with the provisions of §§32-18-8 and 32-18-9.
