26-11A-33.1. Confidential report of allegations of abuse and neglect within private contracted facilities.
The Department of Corrections shall compile a confidential report of all allegations of abuse and neglect of individuals under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections within private contracted facilities and the report shall be provided on a semi-annual basis to the Government Operations and Audit Committee.
