2-2-46. Number of representatives from each district.
Each representative district as provided for in §2-2-44 is entitled to two representatives. However, in order to protect minority voting rights, District No. 26 and District No. 28 shall each consist of two single-member house districts as provided in §§2-2-47 and 2-2-48.
