15-26A-15. Attachments to petition for appeal.
Attachments to the petition shall include:
(1)A conformed copy of the order sought to be reviewed;
(2)All findings of fact, conclusions of law, or memorandum opinions relating thereto; and
(3)The notice of entry of the order sought to be appealed.
