13-54-2. Receipt and disbursement of federal funds for agricultural extension work.
The state treasurer shall be the custodian of the funds provided for the carrying out of §13-54-1. He is authorized to receive and receipt for any money appropriated for the purpose by the federal government and to disburse the same according to law.
