13-47-4.1. Administrative control over office.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications shall exercise administrative control over the educational telecommunications office. The board shall exercise control over policy, programming and other executive functions in accordance with licensure requirements of 310(d) of the Federal Communications Act of 1934.
