10-6-141. Boundaries of redevelopment neighborhood.
The board of county commissioners or the municipal governing body that approves the adoption of a reduced valuation pursuant to subdivision 10-6-137(7) shall, by ordinance, identify the exact boundaries of the redevelopment neighborhood where the reduced valuation will be available.
