There is created the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority. The authority is a public instrumentality of this State and the exercise by it of a power conferred in this chapter is the performance of an essential public function. The members of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority comprise the authority.

Effect of Amendment
2014 Act No. 121, Section 20.P, substituted "Fiscal Accountability Authority" for "Budget and Control Board".
