Supplemental staff to assist board; meetings.

The staff of the office must be supplemented by the following officials who each shall designate one professional from their individual staffs to assist the RFA staff on a regular basis: the Governor, the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, and the State Department of Revenue director. The RFA staff shall meet monthly with these designees in order to solicit their input on BEA forecasts and monthly revenue analysis.

Effect of Amendment

2014 Act No. 121, Section 8.C, substituted "and the State Department of Revenue director" for "the State Department of Revenue Chairman, and the Director of the Budget Division of the Budget and Control Board".

2018 Act No. 246, Section 2, in the first sentence, substituted "office" for "Board of Economic Advisors" following "The staff of", substituted "RFA" for "BEA" in two places, and inserted "on BEA forecasts and monthly revenue analysis" at the end of the second sentence.
