A single proceeding may be used to escheat as many accounts as may be available for escheat at one time.

(b) If the superior court shall find that the notice required by § 33-21A-4 has been duly given not less than twenty (20) days prior to the date of hearing and that no claim to an account has been made (which findings may be supported solely by the affidavit of the general treasurer), then it shall enter a final judgment of escheat against the account.
