No vehicle, including any load on it, except Rhode Island public transit authority articulated buses, shall exceed a length of forty feet (40′) extreme overall dimension inclusive of front and rear bumpers, or in the case of a motor bus, motorized camper or camping recreational vehicle forty-five feet (45′).
