(2) Records of the sale of membership camping contracts shall be subject to inspection by the commissioner or the commissioner’s authorized representative. Any list identifying campground members obtained by the commissioner or the commissioner’s authorized representative shall be exempt from disclosure, as trade secrets, to any person, public body or state agency, under ORS 192.345.
