(1) Requiring persons who replace, or offer or propose to replace, existing life insurance, to leave with the policyholder written, signed and dated statements which fully and correctly compare the terms, conditions and benefits of an existing policy with the proposed policy; and

(2) Limiting the commission or compensation payable to an insurance producer on account of a life insurance policy that provides a nonforfeiture value sold to replace an existing life insurance policy that provides a nonforfeiture value to the commission or compensation the insurance producer would have received if both the replaced and the replacement insurance policies had been carried by the insurer which issues the replacement policy.
