(2) An insurer may revise the schedules of premium rates from time to time and shall file the revised schedules with the director. An insurer may not issue any credit life or credit health insurance policy for which the premium rate exceeds that determined by the schedules of the insurer as then on file with the director.

(3) If a group policy of credit life or credit health insurance has been or is delivered in another state, the insurer shall file only the group certificate, the individual application and the notice of proposed insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this state as specified in ORS 743.377 (2) and (4). The director shall approve the group certificate, the individual application and the notice of proposed insurance if the forms conform with the requirements specified in ORS 743.377 (2) and (4) and the schedules of premium rates applicable to the insurance evidenced by the certificate or notice are not in excess of the insurer’s schedules of premium rates filed with the director.
