Note: Sections 42 and 43, chapter 12, Oregon Laws 2020 (first special session), provide:
Sec. 42. Section 43 of this 2020 special session Act is added to and made a part of the Insurance Code. [2020 s.s.1 c.12 §42]
Sec. 43. An insurer transacting insurance in this state may not consider any information collected and reported under section 40 of this 2020 special session Act to:
(1) Deny, limit, cancel, rescind or refuse to renew a policy of insurance;
(2) Establish premium rates for a policy of insurance; or
(3) Establish the terms and conditions of a policy of insurance. [2020 s.s.1 c.12 §43]
