(2) In addition to and not in lieu of any damages a person may recover under subsection (1) of this section, a court may impose a fine of not more than $1,000 for each willful violation of ORS 647.705, 647.708, 647.710 or 647.715. [1997 c.236 §5; 2018 c.28 §8]
