(2) The commission shall impose civil penalties under this section in the manner provided by ORS 183.745.

(3) Moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund established under ORS 475C.297 and are continuously appropriated to the commission for the purpose of carrying out the duties, functions and powers of the authority under ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648.
