(2) The commission may at any time make an examination of a premises for which a license has been issued under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 for the purpose of determining compliance with ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.
(3) The commission may not require the books of a licensee to be maintained on a premises of the licensee.
(4) This section does not authorize the commission to make an examination of a premises of a person registered under ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919. [Formerly 475B.154]
