(1) Establish programs that are peer and community driven that ensure access to culturally specific and culturally responsive behavioral health services for people of color, tribal communities and people of lived experience.
(2) Provide medical assistance reimbursement for tribal-based practices. [2021 c.667 §1]

Sec. 22. (1) The Behavioral Health Committee shall develop the quality metrics and incentives described in ORS 413.017 no later than February 1, 2022.
(2) No later than January 1, 2023, the Oregon Health Authority shall amend contracts for the provision of behavioral health services to align with the quality metrics and incentives developed by the Behavioral Health Committee under ORS 413.017. [2021 c.667 §22]
