(2) Before charging fees pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, the department shall adopt rules establishing a fee schedule. Fees charged by the department may not exceed fees collected by sheriffs for service of process in civil actions, suits and proceedings pursuant to ORS 21.300. [2011 c.246 §1; 2019 c.213 §135]
