(2) The State Court Administrator may accept funds and assistance from public and private sources for carrying out the purposes of ORS 419A.090 to 419A.128, 419B.470, 419B.473 and 419B.476 and may agree to conditions on the funds and assistance that are not inconsistent with ORS 419A.090 to 419A.128, 419B.470, 419B.473 and 419B.476.
