(2) A member of an advisory committee who is a member of the Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive the per diem specified in ORS 171.072 from funds appropriated to the Legislative Assembly for each day of performance of duties as an advisory committee member. Other members are entitled to compensation and expenses as provided in ORS 292.495.
