(2) All moneys received by the department pursuant to ORS 151.216 (1)(m) shall be deposited in the Judicial Department Operating Account.

(3) The department may accept gifts, grants or contributions from any source, whether public or private, for deposit in the Judicial Department Operating Account. [2003 c.737 §83; 2021 c.202 §3]
