Whenever the words "Commission of Drainage and Irrigation" occur in Chapter 139 of the 1923-1924 Session Laws of the State of Oklahoma, and where the words "Commission of Drainage and Irrigation and Reclamation," and whenever the words "Commission of Drainage and Irrigation" occur in said chapter, and whenever the words "Commissioner of Drainage, Irrigation and Reclamation" occur in Chapter 148, Session Laws of Oklahoma 1925, and whenever the words "Conservation Commission" occur in Chapter 70 of the 1927 Session Laws of the State of Oklahoma, and whenever the words "Conservation Commission" occur in Article 2 and Article 3 of Chapter 70 of the 1935 Session Laws of the State of Oklahoma, and whenever the words "Oklahoma Forest Commission" occur in Chapter 146 of the Session Laws of 1925, and whenever the words "Oklahoma Forest Commission," or "Commission" occur in Chapter 102 of the Oklahoma Session Laws of 1927, and whenever the words "The Oklahoma State Planning Board" occur in Article 23 of Chapter 24 of the 1935 Session Laws of Oklahoma, and whenever the words "The State Engineer" occur in Article 2, Chapter 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes of 1931, occur, there shall be substituted therefor "Oklahoma Planning and Resources Board"; and whatever powers, rights and duties and limitation are conferred under Chapter 42 of the Session Laws of 1925 hereby be transferred to the said Oklahoma Planning and Resources Board.
