That U. S. Highway No. 69-A, south of Pryor, Oklahoma, which leads to the Mid-America Industrial Complex, be and hereby is designated "The Lyndon Baines Johnson Memorial Highway" in commemoration of the visit by President Johnson on August 26, 1966, to dedicate the Mid-America Industrial Complex, and in tribute to the life and memory of a dedicated public servant, neighbor and friend.
