Any person or entity convicted of violating any provision of the State Architectural and Registered Commercial Interior Designers Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The continued violation of any provision of the State Architectural and Registered Commercial Interior Designers Act during each day shall be deemed to be a separate offense. Upon conviction thereof the person or entity shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment for each offense. The Board may request the appropriate district attorney to prosecute such violation and seek an injunction against such practice.
