A. The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall evaluate the condition of the land and property known as the Union Soldiers Home and determine the measures and the amount of funds necessary to meet all standards required by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs including those required to designate the property as a State Veterans Cemetery. The Department shall submit a report to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by November 1, 2021.
B. The Department is authorized to seek assistance from the Adjutant General and any state agency as necessary to fulfill the requirements of this section.
