Contracts entered into for projects and activities of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission relating to airport and air navigation facility construction, maintenance and repair shall be awarded using the competitive bidding process set forth in the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The Commission may administer the competitive bidding process through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation rather than the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
