(A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5101.63 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
(B) Whoever violates division (A) of section 5101.27 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C) Whoever violates section 5101.133 or division (C)(2) of section 5101.631 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
