Latest Legislation: House Bill 442 - 133rd General Assembly

Sections 4104.32 to 4104.36 of the Revised Code do not apply to historical boilers that are smaller than the size determined by the division of industrial compliance pursuant to division (E) of section 4104.34 of the Revised Code.
