In accordance with the rules adopted under section 5119.363 of the Revised Code, each board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services shall do all of the following:
(A) Acknowledge to the department of mental health and addiction services that the board has received and reviewed the information made available to the board under division (A)(2) of section 5119.364 of the Revised Code;
(B) Using the information received and reviewed under division (A) of this section, determine whether any included opioid and co-occurring drug addiction services and recovery supports are not meeting the needs for addiction services and recovery supports in the alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health service district that the board serves;
(C) Inform the department, with any commentary the board determines necessary, of the determination the board makes under division (B) of this section.
