Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly

The amounts for the following categories of special education programs, as these programs are defined for purposes of Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code, are as follows:

(A) An amount of $1,578 for each student whose primary or only identified disability is a speech and language disability, as this term is defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code;

(B) An amount of $4,005 for each student identified as specific learning disabled or developmentally disabled, as these terms are defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code, identified as having an other health impairment-minor, or identified as a preschool child who is developmentally delayed;

(C) An amount of $9,622 for each student identified as hearing disabled or severe behavior disabled, as these terms are defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code;

(D) An amount of $12,841 for each student identified as vision impaired, as this term is defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code, or as having an other health impairment-major;

(E) An amount of $17,390 for each student identified as orthopedically disabled or as having multiple disabilities, as these terms are defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code;

(F) An amount of $25,637 for each student identified as autistic, having traumatic brain injuries, or as both visually and hearing impaired, as these terms are defined pursuant to Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code.
