Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 71 - 112th General Assembly

No person shall establish any institution to house or care for persons suffering from a communicable disease, as defined by the director of health, within two thousand feet of any public, private, or parochial school operating under the standards set by the school laws or school land used for recreational purposes in connection with school activities.

This section does not apply to members of an established household suffering from such ailments.
