160A-58.90. Recording and Reporting.
(a) Annexations made under this Article shall be recorded and reported in the same manner as under G.S. 160A-29.
(b) To be enforceable, any written agreement with a person having a freehold interest in real property regarding annexation shall be recorded in the county register of deeds office in which the real property lies.
