§ 967. Cooperation of state and municipal agencies. The council may request and shall be provided with such cooperation, assistance, services and data, to the maximum extent feasible, subject to the approval of such agency, from any department, advisory board, task force, commission, bureau or any other agency having jurisdiction over land and water within the reserve, as are necessary to carry out the council's duties pursuant to this article. The council shall utilize the expertise of the marine resources advisory council established pursuant to section 13-0350 of the environmental conservation law. The council shall also seek technical assistance from, consult with and coordinate its actions with the department.
