§ 6822. Examinations and investigations. The secretary is authorized to conduct examinations and investigations for the purposes of this article through officers and employees of the United States, or through any health, food, or drug officer or employee of any city, county or other political subdivision of this state, duly commissioned by the secretary as an officer of the board.
