ANNOTATIONS

Compiler's notes. — Section 9-4A-19 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2005, ch. 44, § 1, was a temporary provision that created the New Mexico coin commission to assist the governor in selecting designs to be submitted to the United States mint for the New Mexico state quarter for the fifty states' commemorative coin program. It has been omitted from the NMSA 1978 since the New Mexico coin commission no longer functioned after July 1, 2008.
