The state mine inspector shall make an entry of record in the state mine inspector's office of each compliance assistance visit and shall furnish the operator a copy thereof.

ANNOTATIONSThe 2007 amendment, effective June 20, 2007, required the state mine inspector to furnish a copy of the record of each compliance assistance visit to the mine operator.
