The term municipal corporation shall, for the purpose of this act [6-15-3 to 6-15-8 NMSA 1978], be construed to mean county, incorporated city, incorporated town, incorporated village or school district.

Section limited to issuance and sale of bonds. — The inclusion of school districts in the definition of the term "municipal corporation" is, by the wording of this section, limited to the purposes of the act, 6-15-3 to 6-15-8 NMSA 1978, said purposes having to do with the issuance and sale of bonds of political subdivisions.
