Chapter 59A, Article 58 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Service Contract Regulation Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2017 amendment, effective June 16, 2017, changed "Sections 1 through 19 of this act" to "Chapter 59A, Article 58 NMSA 1978".
