All registration statements shall contain a summary outlining all items in the current registration statement representing changes from the prior registration statement.

ANNOTATIONS

Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1993, ch. 320, § 78 repealed former 59A-37-14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 629, relating to amendments to registration statements, and enacted a new section, effective June 18, 1993.
