Chapter 59A, Article 23E NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Health Insurance Portability Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 1998 amendment, effective March 6, 1998, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 23E NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 17 of this act" at the beginning of the section.
