Chapter 59A, Article 23D NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medical Care Savings Account Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 1997 amendment, effective April 11, 1997, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 23D NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 7 of this act".

Laws 1997, ch. 243, § 26, effective April 11, 1997, enacted identical amendments to this section. The section was set out as amended by Laws 1997, ch. 254, § 1. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978.
