Chapter 59A, Article 23C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Small Group Rate and Renewability Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 1994 amendment, effective January 1, 1995, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 23C NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 9 of this act".

Applicability. — Laws 1994, ch. 75, § 36 made the provisions of §§ 26 to 34 of the act applicable to all plans and policies delivered, issued for delivery or renewed on or after January 1, 1995.
