The secretary of state shall charge and collect for furnishing a copy of any document, instrument or paper relating to a corporation, five dollars ($5.00). In addition, if certifying the document, ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for the certificate and affixing the seal thereto.

ANNOTATIONSThe 2015 amendment, effective July 1, 2015, authorized the secretary of state to charge and collect certain fees to corporations; changed "corporation commission" to "secretary of state", and after "corporation", deleted "one dollar ($1.00) per page, but in no case less than".
The 1993 amendment, effective July 1, 1993, substituted "one dollar ($1.00)" for "seventy-five cents ($.75)", inserted "but in no case less than five dollars ($5.00)", and substituted "ten dollars ($10.00)" for "one dollar ($1.00)".
